I’m Fredrik.

Several years of sales  in my backpack ending up with yoga as my main interest.

Why?

I had to survive.

Yoga has been the tool to restore my mind and my body.

So now I just want everyone to get the possibility to practice yoga and get their balance in life.

I’m not the teacher.

So I support the yoga community with yoga products and help.
