BCAA gavner mest ved kalorieunderskud, faste eller meget hård træning med lavt proteinindtag. Spiser du allerede proteinrigt før/efter træning, er den ekstra effekt ofte begrænset.
Min erfarenhet var lite långsammare, typ 30–40 minuter. Men fortfarande klart snabbare än Hemfrid. De verkar lägga mycket fokus på smidig bokning och tydlig kommunikation.
